Welcome to Mulungushi University
The Zambian Government established Mulungushi University as the third
public University at the National College for Management and
Development Studies at Mulungushi, north of Kabwe.
The organizational structure of Mulungushi University shall be as
prescribed under the University Act No. 11 of 1999.
Motto
The Motto of Mulungushi University shall be: “excellence and relevance
in pursuing the frontiers of knowledge”
Vision
The Vision of Mulungushi University shall be: “to be a Centre of
Academic Excellence and a leading institution of higher education in
Africa”.
Mission
The Mission of the University shall be: “to provide high quality
education and generate knowledge and technological innovations relevant
to national and regional development goals”.
